JKR's Door On Her Site Opens Again!!! *Mini Spoiler*
Well, the Do Not Disturb door on JKR's site has been unlocked. Again. This time the tricks to go past the door were harder. You must open the door and it's going to be pitch black. Then you check for the bottom most horizontal line from the window to your left, then you edge right about 3 cm and start clicking all around that line until a light switch turns on. It will reveal a dart board. You throw the darts to these numbers in this order: 7-1-3. Then you get to a vault. You unlock it with the code 302723. Then you find a piece of paper that reveals...
*SPOILER*
(He) looked rather like an old lion. There were streaks of grey in his mane of tawny hair and his bushy eyebrows; he had keen yellowish eyes behind a pair of wire-rimmed spectacles and a certain rangy, loping grace even though he walked with a slight limp
What do you think? Sounds like the heir of Gryffindor to me. Could it be the new character McClaggan? The New DADA teacher? Speculations welcome.
P.S: How do you do spoiler tags?

Aberforth Dumbledore.
Certainly sounds like him to me.

Highlight your post and click a random color. Then edit the name of the color to be 333333.
Or just do:
{color=333333} Text {/color}
Example:
Example Text
2000th POST!
EDIT: I haven't been there in a while, how do I get to the door again?
EDIT2: NVM got it.
EDIT3: Nice. Thanks for that tip.
BTW to anyone else trying this: The switch is found by following those above instructions...but know that it's INSIDE the room.

Or maybe it's just a lion with glasses. Which wouldn't surprise me.

Rats, you got to it before me. For anyone still trying to find the switch, it's exactly 6 cm away from the lowest horizontal line on the windowsil.
As for the passage, I'm going to say that it's either Aberforth Dumbledore or the new DADA teacher. No Aberforth cannot be the new DADA teacher becuase we've heard of him before now. The new teacher has always been introduced in the opening chapters of their respective book, not in any previous one. And if the theories are true, we've already MET Aberforth.

Animagus
After reading the description, I have this to say. It sounds like an animagus, which would explain the "mane of hair", she even said how it looked like a lion. Maybe one of the cats? I first though Hermes (the Weasley owl), because its tawny, and doesn't fly well (limps), is old, but has a certain grace (flying). I'm thinkin' animagus, although on the Mugglenet forums many have thought that it's Godric Gryffindor, with the descrpition of a lion. I DON'T think it's Aberforth, I DON'T think it's Godric, I DON'T think it's the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. I think it's the Half Blood Prince, in the form of Crookshanks, Mr. Tibbles, or Hermes.
And that's my two cents .

Can you get to the door on the text-only site? My computer doesn't want to load the regular one.

Heehee, that would be hilarious if it turned out to be Hermione's mangy old cat. Would explain why the old feline seems so smart.

Sure, but what everybody keeps reminding ME every time I make a Mr.Tibbles suggestion is that the Marauder's Map would've said something else besides, Mr.Tibbles, Crookshanks, or Mrs. Norris.

Where did those codes come from?? No one could have just guessed those combos. I also believe it's the new DADA teacher.

Well the code for the dartboard is the numbers in Harry's birthday scrambled, but I dunno about the safe number. Something to do with the POA DVD I heard...

No, it's not. It's the safe for the Philosopher's Stone at Gringotts. As in, Vault 713.

Well I finally read it for myself. And I expect him to be the new DatDA teacher. It's a gut feeling.

Might be the new DADA teacher. Or a mythical creature not known to Harry yet. Or a new character.

I've looked on the stupid windowsill for almost an hour, now. I can't find anything to turn the light on. Or anything. At all.

See that's the problem I had.
Go to the bottom-most windowsill's horizontal edge. Then go INTO the door at that same level and click around in a random circular motion and you'll find it.
EDIT: Here's a Picture I posted at the last post:
(If WildWill deletes this, if I break any rules here, then I will just give the link to the VillagePhoto's album pic of it.)
Picture I posted on a site
You can see the light-switch as well.

The 713 is indeed the vault to the PS. And 302723 is a new addition on JKR's site on a business card when you click on one of the portkey's on her desk to go somewhere, the business card flashes and you can read it before everything loads. Also, if you take out the 0 in 302723 it spells out FARCE on a telephone.
Farce: 1. a) A light dramatic work in which highly improbable plot situations, exaggerated characters, and often slapstick elements are used for humorous effect.
b) The branch of literature constituting such works.
c) The broad or spirited humor characteristic of such works.
2. A ludicrous, empty show; a mockery: The fixed election was a farce.
Hmm is JKR trying to give us a clue? (BTW I saw this on Mugglenet.com :P)
