Once per turn monster effects rulings...
im starting to hear different rulings for cards that have the text "once per turn" effects like lumina, il blud, diamond dude... can u activate the effect of one of these cards effects, then when the card is removed or sent back to the field, can u activate their effects again even tho its stated its once per turn?
ex.. if i use il blud effect to summon a zombie type monster like psz syncro for a monster, book of life him back, then use his effect again???

Yes, that's correct.
Once the monster is flipped face down or leaves the field, the game state no longer recognizes it as the same monster. Hence, next time it's face up on the field, it is considered as a new monster.
