Another Fish Deck?

Not exactly, I have seen many 100% fish builds but in my opinion (even if some of them have good effects) they still need more support (just like plants before Crossroads of Chaos).

But they can still be a good reinforcing for example for a water control deck:

torpedo fish is a monster...unless u mean fish depth charge......

im pretty sure u dont need
-3 pots(1,MAYBE 2 is ok...)
-soul exchange
-3 creature swap(1,MAYBE 2 is ok...)
-substitoads
-poison draw frogs
-maybe scapegoat?

u need....
-superancient deepsea king coelacanth
-golden flying fish
-legendary ocean
-maybe terrorking salmon?

Your allowed 3 ALO is a MUST. maybe you could try a set of Warrior of Atlantis even tho it's not a fish, it's still very good support. Cyber Shark would be better than Terrorking Salmon.

Ups, you are right I meant Fish Depth Charge. I agree 3 pots are too much.
But let me tell you which is the secret card that makes Pot of Avarice, Soul Exchange, Creature Swap, Poison Draw Frog and Scapegoat playable here. I am obviously talking about Substitoad (just consider its combinations).

This deck is supposed to be a little different of the usual legendary ocean water deck. It is focused in generating card advantage.
