Default Updated Crystal Beast Deck:Rainbow Dragon OTK, r/f4r/f need help!

Crystal Control Rainbow Dragon OTK!

41 cards

[3] Rainbow dragon
[3] Saphire Pegasus
[1] Topaz tiger
[3] Ruby carbuncle
[2] Cobalt eagle
[1] Emerald tortoise
[2] amber mammoth
[2] amythest cat
[1] Hamon
[1] rescue cat

[3] lightning vortex
[3] crystal promise
[2] Crystal beacon
[1] crystal blessing
[1] nobleman of crossout
[1] giant trunade
[1] heavy storm
[1] monster reborn
[1] card destruction
[1] messenger of peace

[3] rainbow gravity
[1] sakuretsu armor
[1] mirror force
[1] ultimate offering

INITIAL COMMENTS:
Not sure what exactly to use here. The idea is to mill through the deck dumping at least one of every crystal in the grave, or have em on the field, either way, and then summon 3 rainbow drags in the same turn, hamon works too, then clear the field and pwn, its a lot like your average OTK, but I’m just not sure how to make it faster, or how to slim the deck down some for that matter, ill probably make a traditional format version which will hopefully go better, as ill have acess to cards like painful choice, graceful charity, cyber jar, and pot of greed, to mill through the deck faster, so ya, any help in sliming this down and making it run faster would be nice, it doesn’t necessarily need to win on turn one, but the idea is that it does basically the 8000 damage in one turn, so ya, thanks, ill r/f youd deck if you post a link and help with this one! Thanks in aadvanced

SECOND REVISION AND COMMENTS:
Removed:
[2]sakuretsu armor
[2] widespread ruin
[2] mirror wall
[1] messenger of peace
[1] smashing ground
[1] rescue cat
[2] upstart goblin
[1] topaz tiger
[1] morphing jar
Added:
none, was just sliming it down
Comments:
I basically just slimmed it down. I tested it on my trad. deck http://www.pojo.biz/board/showthread...1#post11738311 and it did well, didnt win but did well. It survived suprisinly long. The main problem with the deck was it's still not fast enough, theres not enough draw and milling power, i need help with what cards to use. Thanks in advanced!

Like I said in the last topic, ditch all the traps except for Mirror Force and a Rainbow Gravity. Keep Rainbow Dragon to 1 or 2. Also add some draw cards to get through your deck faster. Giant Trunade and Heavy Storm are terrible cards for Crystal Beasts since they get rid of your beasts in the S/T zone. Maybe get rid of the Upstart Goblins. The 1000 life point addition for your opponent might be too much. Also take away one eagle for a tiger and a mammoth.

i agree with you that the traps might be a bit much, but saying keep rainbow drag to 1 or 2 for this deck is just stupid, its a rainbow dragon OTK, you need at least 2 for 8000 damage, and the third one makes it much easier in case your oppenent has a monster and you have no smashing ground or something, and also, heavy storm and trunade are obv bad for cbs but i need them for s/t removal for when i get rainbow drags out, once theyre out i dont even need, or want for tht matter cbs on the field, this deck isnt suposed to be like crystal beast themed, it really only has them to summon rainbow, and i agree with getting rid of upstart, but i deff need more draw power, but i dont know what to use, it needs to be spells, bacause theobject of this deck is to get 2-3 rainbows out on turn one, i.e. monster draws are too slow in most cases, though i could see card trooper being handy, i think ill give him a try, thnks for the help

Why don't you post this in the Empires deck shop. I'm sure that they would be happy to help. I think that you should lower your trap amount even more since it clogs s/t zones.

could you send me a link to this deck workshop? it sounds useful, and ya i thin i am gunna slim the traps some, if you want to look at the traditional format version which is much better its here http://www.pojo.biz/board/showthread.php?t=650006 it needs alot of slimming though

P.S. i rlly want to add rare value and hand destruction but i dont have them, do you have any idea how much they cost? this is a budget deck, i can rlly only spend like 20$ on it, and i also need to buy the rainbow drags :P, and the topaz

Here is the link to the workshop http://www.pojo.biz/board/showthread.php?t=646523 and the hand destructions go for about 3 or 4 dollars a piece. I am not sure about the other cards.
