take out double edge sword and add one solemn judgment and add an enishi

take out mst and add Yaichi

Drop cunnning and add an Irou

I would also drop the Gia knights there not the great.

I commend you on your build, I've been trying to incorporate rose in SSS but failed at it. My only gripe is the great shogun shein, he's can't really be synchro'd with anyone although his effect is great

double edge helps feed Hand of the SS and SS United when I need it besides I only have 2 Solemn and prefer enishi at 1.

3 Yaichi sounds like too much and he can only use his effect on face down S/T while ther is another Sam of a different name on the field making MST faster.

Cunning is only there for Synchro purposes if I want to bring out a certain Synchro monster but don't have the right level

Gaia never takes priority whenever I Synchro Summon, he's only there because I have few Synchro Monsters.

u can keep it at 40 or u can add in 1 more sword technique,solemn, or rose warrior......my changes are in the list

Yes MST is a faster but MST is also a dead draw waiting to happen in your deck.

Solemn should be at 3 if you ever want to play a tourny period.

If you are using double edge to feed the hand of the six it's ok but yet again, it is a dead draw waiting to happen in this deck. If you want to feed six sam united and the hand of the six use double summon because you dont have to leave it down and wait to use it. Plus you dont take damage if you dont destroy them. Only down side is you have to have 2 in your hand instead of graveyard.

Try warrior return alive instead of cunning. It goes to your hand but if you have not summoned you can summon it use effects since you have to six sam out and then syncro summon.

Thanks for the input everyone but sadly I only have 2 Solemns, if I get a 3rd copy it would naturally be in here.

Double Summon might become a dead draw when I have no hand, which happens quite a bit, but then again its better damage (although TRA helps deal with the damage) so I'll try replace a Sword for it.

Warrior Return seems slow since I would need to summon the monster from my hand, but with Cunning I could at least reuse Yaichi's effect then Synchro it out. I'll try siding 2 and give it a shot.

I would like to hear how this plays with these changes. if you keep need to summon more monsters on a trun try running ultimate offerings to summon more on one turn, you gotta pay for it but it is worth it in the end.

thanks but I wont be playing any tourneys until this semester is over in mid Dec. so right now I'm just trying to get cards for this and several other decks, Zombie Synchro w/ DAD and Spellcaster Lockdown/Burn.

@ Broken: please explain why I shouldn't play him because he seems to fit well in this deck.

Comrade is a good Lv 3 tuner for my Synchros since they're Lv 6-8:
w/ Grandmaster: Stardust or Colossal
w/ Zanji or Irou: Black Rose
w/ Yaichi or Hand: Goyo

He's also decent Warrior Support:
a 400 ATK boost to every Warrior I control, something Spirit of the SS can't do. its like a bonus to Sam's ability to swarm, Zanji can easily run over Lv 4 beatsticks and Shogun beats most high ATK monsters like Goyo and DAD.

The fact that the boost wont give them enough attack to run over syncros makes him not really needed. The fact that he is a lvl 3 also makes him not very good. It seems like a 3rd rose would be 100% better 100% of the time.

um what about using a junk synchron, wouldnt they work with jutte (consider adding a jutte, at least one i figure, they work with enishi for 8 star synchros and the 4 star monsters to get 6 star synchros, maybe add an iron chain dragon, it mills) and morphing jar?

get 5 star synchros (magical android), try having various levels of synchros for any situation

i use samarai, those tuners mentioned work with rose in these decks; i would also get another enishi, especially in this meta, its a good top draw later in the game, get rid of 1 shien, switch one irou for yaichi, (i guess im thinking of tier 1 meta now, with teledad, zombies and lightsworn, but the amount of face down usage has gown down, people play more aggressively)

spells are great, wouldnt change a thing

traps are okay, do your best to get another solemn, get rid of torrential (the point of samurais is field presence, torrential is the opposite of what this deck is about) raigeki break is good, discarding to add cards to the grave to either reborn or work with double-edge/cunning+destroying a CARD on the field, so it can work in various situations, cards to consider are dust tornado is great, cards worth noting CED/Dimensional prison/PWWB, everybody uses stardust dragon now, you need to get rid of monsters/cards without actually "destroying" them so they arent protected, removal/returning to the deck is the way to go these days.

thats all i can think of now, please consider the suggestions given to you since we are all thinking of what the deck needs; since you came to this forum you wanted help, although you know what kind of opposition decks are in your area and we dont, you know a bit about how these suggestions would/wouldnt work

I guess Im trying to say this: dont disregard suggestions, try some of them out, and see what they can do

finally got me a 3rd copy of Solemn Judgment and sided Torrential for it.

@ CT: which would you recommend is better to use nowadays with the cuurent meta, CED or PWWB? i have a playset of each but CED selects only monsters for free and PWWB selects any card but requires to discard which is bad if I constantly 0-2cards in my hand.

What's with everyone telling him to run solemn at 3? Solemn may be a great card but it's not an automatic 3 in every deck made. I only run one solemn in my six samurai deck and it does everything I need it to do in terms of winning. Now here's some news you probably don't want to hear but running Synchros in a six samurai deck only slows the deck down. The six samurai deck is a deck built around controlling your opponent while stripping them of their resources. You will really need every monster in the six samurai's arsenal in your deck and you don't want to waste time searching for monsters that don't unlock your monster's effects like Rose Warrior. I tried going the synchro route with my samurai awhile back and it just didn't work at all.
