What are some cards that can Special Summon Proto-Cyber Dragon from the graveyard? Thanks.

Limit reverse can't bring back proto. It has 1100 ATK.

Basically Dimension567Slayer's list disected. So the list is quite short for you, not good. This format is not good for Machine players whatsoever(their only hope is the Machine Light Beatdown that will be born from Jade Knight and Deformer(Morphtronic is 1 of the s***tiest names ever) - Radon). |
