1) If the Lightsworn monster is face-up while trying to resolve its "milling" effect, Skill Drain will negate it.
2) Except for Celestia, the other Lightsworn Monsters will still "mill", but the Cards will be Removed from Play.
For other important rulings, check the UDE FAQ.

Anything milled with "Lightsworn" is removed from play with "Macro Cosmos" as it states on Macro Cosmos. That doesn't stop it from milling (except celestia)
Skill Drain states that all monsters are "Vanilla Monsters" so no mill can happen.
If there are any rulings for these cards, you can find them via upperdeckentertainment.com or n e t r e p.net

Apart from Celestria and Charge of the Light Brigade (milling is a cost), All other LS monster's milling effects are part of their effect and will be negated by Skill Drain.
As with Macro, as the milling (apart from the exception) is part of the effect, they will still occur but will be removed from play (If D.Fissue is active, only the monster milled will be removed from play.
This means that while D.Fissure/Macro is active, you can't pay for Celestria or for Charge and cannot use them/their effects, as you cannot pay the cost.

That's incorrect too.
They are treated as EFFECT monsters whose effect it's currently negated, as long as they remain face up on the field.
They are never treated as Vanillas or normal monsters. Skill drain doesn't does that.
