Another Gadget deck? (R/F)

Hello fellas, I was a retired duelist and i'm just getting back in touch to the game, so I decided to play with a Gadget deck, but is difficult to choose a theme. I have some questions and I hope that you can help me.

- Could Prime Material Dragon work in a Gadget deck? (I just saw it's effect and i think that it could help)
- What do you suggest me to replace Solemn Judgment? That card in my country is damn expensive and is hard to get... so, i thought that maybe Horn of Heaven, Seven Tools of the Bandit, Counter Counter and Magic Jammer could help.
- I decided to replace Dyna for Jowgens (same reason as Solemn).
- I can't afford cards like Mirror Force, Shield Crush and Soul Taker right now, so, take a look at the deck i have planned (until i start getting the mentioned cards previously)

Side Deck:

3 Pulling the Rug (The Monarch deck here is very popular because is cheap to do and it's effective)
2 Deck Lockdown
3 Royal Oppression (Here, is more common Monarchs than Gladiator Beasts)
3 Success Probability 0% (or maybe add 3 PWWB?)
2 Light Imprisioning Mirror
1 Neo-Spacian Grand Mole
1 D.D. Crow



The popular decks in my country are (in this order):

1. Monarchs (either Standard or Macro)
2. Gladiator Beast
3. Lightsworn (ok, a few of it... some decks have half lightsworn)
4. Gadgets
5. Dark Decks -like Zombies, Fiends....- (some with DAD, CCV is a pain to get here... most of them use Deck Devastation Virus)
6. Any deck with Destiny Hero synergy (i don't know how to call them lol)

Except for adding in a few solemns (which you've mentioned, so fair enough) this deck doesn't need much tweaking.
Maybe a cyber phoenix in triplicate might help add some speed and protection.

Thanks bastion, any more suggestions? I want more opinions to think of refining well my deck.

And I'll try with Prime Material Dragon if it works (when I got well from my surgery lol)

Thanks, but i said in my 1st post that i cant afford solemns atm, same as mirror force, shield crush and soul taker, that's why i need help on what to put instead solemns... and to see if Prime Material Dragon could work in this deck too
