Injection Fairy Lily deck help please.

I've been out of the game for a really long time and was wanting to construct a casual deck revolving around the Injection Fairy Lily creature card. However I have no idea what cards best accent and help this card get through to your opponent's life points and make best use of it's insane boosting effect. Any suggestions about how to go about such a deck? It doesn't have to be "very good", just functional.

Most of the monsters are just beat down monsters with high ATK. However with the release of Prime Material Dragon I think it would be wise to include this monster into a Lily deck. Also Guardian Angel Joan's effect is rather nice to have as well as her ATK. Any ways hope I was of some help ^^ have fun and good luck!
