Quitting and need cards Have great Haves

I am thinking about quiting and I am trying to improve my collection at the same time. These are the rules:

1. I don't send to a P.O. Box unless you have very good refs
2. I follow the ref rules you have more I send first, I have more you send first, with have the same we send at the same.
3. Big trades might require escrow. I am not saying you might be untrustworthy just want to protect myself.
4. Do not rip me off. I send delivery confirmation that requires a signature saying you recieved my package and also making it easier for me to file mail fraud. So Rip me off I dare you I am not afraid to file mail fraud, and I am patient enough to see it through.
5. If all else fails see rule #4.
