This is deck is a collection of some reaper of the nightmare combos with some stalling.
Combo 1: Mystic brings out byser who clear all set threats then metamorph into reaper and attack direct + force discard.
Combo 2: scientist brings out one reaper and i keep metamorphing it into another one till i have them 2 out. (2 direct attacks and double hand control)
Combo 3: Is same as number 1 but use zaborg to get some field control before reaper

The rest of it is supporting reaper, United we stand add some punch to the direct attacks, soul exchange is an excellent way to bring out zaborg or byser, messenger allows my reapers to attack without havin to be attacked too heavily and takin lp damage.

The actual fusion summon would be more reliable, wait till soul of the duelist comes out, there's a card which makes battle damage done to the controller of it 0 while they have a monster on the field, so they could attack your reapers and nightmares till their blue in the face, but unless they kill that trap card you won't take nothin while you take thier hand.

Anyway, i'd try and force a bit more control in there, such as Delinquent Duo and Forceful, and drop the 2x MoF for 2x Don Zaloog. Robbin Goblin might help.

I really suggest also trying to perform the actual fusion summon if you want it out quickly, King of the Swamp can help with that, but if you do you'd have to drop any control cards if you choose to use them. (Not enough room im the deck you know)

Metamorphasis isn't a bad way to fuse either.
