Talked to a judge and found out a ruling behind HoTu. It doesn't only activate in your draw phase, but if you draw from a card effect as well. All I can say is WOW! This deck is so crazy fast and cheap to make. Fixes would be awesome.

I'm thinking of running a third underdog which would give me a little more leway in running magics. 'cause when I draw a normal monster and have three underdogs out and draw three cards, if the third one I draw is a normal monster, I can keep going.

Also usually magical mallet doesn't slow me down if I run into it with underdog. By then I'll have like 15+ monster and I can shove them back in to draw 15 more times. I usually get game that way too.

that guy on metagame just did an article on it
you can look and it will work even better until you draw another veil or heart(and then even still better if the secon one you draw is able to work for either on

right now im working on an exodia turbo so i may pu a new deck list up in a minute or two

Well talked to a judge and it turns out HoTu also activate when you draw cards from card effects as well, so huge changes to the deck that make it really damn fast and a hellva a lot more consistant.

Thanks anyone else? Been testing it out and have gotten consistant turn 2 wins. If I start off with a hotu I'll win that turn XD

Additional Comment:

I'm thinking of adding in summoner's art and ancient rules, but it might clutter up the draw when underdogs start going.

added dark world dealings to speed things up a bit, thinking about removing common charity 'cause it slows this down to a turn 2 killer.

bump bump it up for some ideas on improving it.

Completely Wrong, 2/10

I have a same deck:
1st: It does NOT work outside draw phase. If you draw a card IN draw phase by anothers card effect, (ex. Reload) It works. Also, it doesnt have to be the last card you draw, but any of them
2nd: Many high level monsters, you cant stall with em.
3rd: Many other cards other than normal monsters.

so a good idea would be:
-every spell card except reload hand destruction and heart x3
- ALL monsters except exodia stuff
+remaining spots normal monsters, no tributes, high defense
+ 1x Messenger of Peace

i see no way for this deck to work it looks like it will often draw nothing but lvl 8's
