hand disruption cards, DD Crow, pretty much stops exodia when one piece lands in the graveyard.

Mind Crush and D.D. Designator are good for when the pieces are searched for by cards like Sangan. Deck Devastation Virus can be a real killer, too.

You are all wrong. Well, correction, you are not wrong, but you missed out on the one major card that will obliterate any exodia deck:
EXCHANGE.

Sending the pieces to the graveayard or RFGing them is not guaranteed since they already have graveyard recursion (if they are smart) and can side Burial from the Different Dimension. But getting something out of your hand? Except for Neo Spacian Aqua Dolphin, no card will let them do that (Everything else is randomly chosing and they can't put too much of those).

I mentioned Exchange, but everything else does fine. Exchange is almost only used for Exodia, everything else can be used on other decks though, exchange not as much.

D.D Crow, but most Exodia Players know to run Hero Rules 2#.

Any Discarder cards.

Mind Crush.

Trap Dustshoot.

Run a faster deck.

Macro kills it, they can't even use Burial...

If you're not the Macro kind of person, then there's Exchange, but it really doesn't deserve a side spot.

All control cards pwn exodia.
Confiscation, forceful, don zaloog, delinquent duo, spirit reaper, card destruction, envoy of the end, morphing jar, crush card, macro cosmos, dimensional fissure, protector of the sanctuary, basically all cards that either makes them discard, or removes there cards in the grave yard from play, also limiting there searchers helps a ton. No emissary or sangan and you pretty much got the duel.

The new Exodia deck isn't gonna ever deliberately throw a piece into the grave.
They've got D Draw, Hand Destruction, Allure, Trade In, and Upstart.
15 straight up draw cards.
No exodia players gonna be stupid enough to waste time with anything but draw cards, so that means you gotta use discarding stuff as mentioned and that's about it. And even then a tech Pot of Avarice is seeing a lot of play.
Not much you can do to stop all the constant draw power really.
