Harrys Blood
If you really sit down and think about it you realize that Harry is not hal blood but he is in fact a full blood. In order to be a full blood you need to have a dad that is a wizard and a mom that is a witch. If I'm not mistaken Harry fullfilled both. Now just because Harrys mom came from a muggle family she was still a witch when she had Harry. So you could say that he is a full blood or you could get really technical and say oh Harry is a 75% blood. But this my theory on Harry because i think tath he is a full blood because a half blood needs a non-magical parent. So you guys can tell your thoughts on this whole subject now.

Technically he is a full-blooded wizard, but if you go by social standing he will never be a Pure Blood simply because he has muggles in his bloodline.

Let's just be glad the title for book six isn't "Harry Potter IS the 3/4 blood Prince."
The SEVENTH book, on the other hand.... who knows? Other than Rowling I mean.

He's close enough to a half-blood. James' side of the family consists only of wizards and witches, while Lily's consists strictly of muggles, minus Lily herself. It's only a one person difference in Harry's entire ancestry; close enough to 50-50 for me.
Besides, I like how Harry's group represents the different... races, I guess you'd call them... of wizarding society. Ron's a full-blood, Harry's a half-blood, and Hermione's a muggle-born.

I see your point but to be a full blood you just need your dad and mom to be magical it never said anything about ur parents ancestry. So what I'm just trying to say is that JK made a mistake in saying that.

JK already mentioned that the sixth book "Half Blood Prince" has nothing to do with Harry or Voldy...if harry was full blood, he'd most likely be put in slytherin, i don't think that there are any pure bloods in the other houses...remember what Hagrid said something about "most wizards are half blood or less" in COS...

Harry's not full blood because he's related to muggles.

Don't forget about the Weasley's. They were pure blood and are all in Gryfindor.

If i'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure JK Rowling said neither Harry or Draco is the HBP. If anyone, It'll prob. be Neville Longbottom. Prof. Dum. didn't just tell Harry Neville was born the same day he was for nothing; that's going to carry over into the next book.

Actually, I believe she said it was neither Harry nor Voldemort; I don't think she said anything about Malfoy. By the way, Nevelle is pureblood, and I think it would stand to reason that the Halfblood Prince is just that: a half-blood. But who the HBP is was never really part of this discussion anyway.
