Salvage Control Deck?

I've recently acquired a Skreech and have some higher-end cards to go with it in a deck (Cybers, Kingsharks, Seers, etc.). With Skreech I have heard Salvage Control as the best deck to go with it.

Salvage's effect is-

Add 2 WATER monsters with an ATK of 1500 or less each in your Graveyard to your hand.

Skreech's is-
**** / Water
[Reptile/Effect]
ATK/1500 DEF/ 400

When this card is destroyed by battle, select 2 WATER monsters from your Deck and send them to the Graveyard.

So Skreech can keep using it's effect over and over again with Salvage. I can also reuse Mother Grizzly with Salvage. Salvage also gives me a Hand Advantage letting me run cards that discard as a cost such as Lightning Vortex, Abyss Soldier, Back To Square One, Snipe Hunter, and Phoenix Wing Wind Blast. With all these Water monsters. With Treeborn Frog, Foolish Burial, and 2 Skreechs I won't need any Cyber Dragons.
