You can Special Summon this card by Tributing 1 "Ocean's Keeper". You can discard 1 WATER monster to the Graveyard to destroy 1 face-down card.
Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale 1 being the worst.
3 = average. 5 is the highest rating.
To summon this Fish you may tribute one Ocean's Keeper and then you can bring this 2400 ATK Fish onto the field. His effect is when you discard a Water monster from your hand you can destroy a face down card on the field. It is too hard to summon and also to have a Water monster in your hand and also your opponent has to have a face down card. It can tie with a Monarch, but when the Monarch shows up it'll most likely bounce it back or just destroy it. Cranium Fish won't see any play for a while unless we get more Fish support.

Cranium Fish would be a lot better if it didn't need to be summoned by the effect of another monster. 2400 attack will tie a Monarch, Jinzo, or Sacred Phoenix, but this just isn't worth the investment. We don't have enough support for Fish currently, sorry Fish fans.
Finally! A good Fish monster for me to play, and I can't get a hold of it. Secret Rare cards are incredibly difficult to find, so I am going to have to go with the old WATER standby cards for my WATER deck. He is pretty decent, being able to be Special Summoned by Ocean's Keeper and Having 2400 ATK and a discard effect make it pretty good. Facedown monsters can ruin your day, and with Salvage this guy and Abyss Soldier can make a pretty potent team.
