I'm really new to this game, so I have a couple of questions...

Alright, I'll help out as much as I can:

1. There is no limit to the amount of Resources you can have in your Resource Row. Just remember that you can only place 1 Resource in your Resource Row per Build Phase.

2. Given the above answer, this question isn't relevant.

3. Uh...mind clarifying what you mean?

3. You get one resource point for each resource you have at the begining of the recruit step, and only at the begining of the step. Any point not used are lost.

Yes and no.

The turn count does have to do with resource points in the sense that each turn you can place 1 resource in your resource row. So on turn 7, you can have 7 resources, on turn 33, you could have 33 resources, etc.

However, you're not REQUIRED to put down a resource, and there are cards that will alter the number of resources in the resource row (i.e. Darkoth, Ka-Boom!, Foiled), so you won't necessarily ALWAYS have 7 resources on turn 7, or 33 on turn 33.
