This is actually a pretty good card is today's format when used properly. Graveyard manipulation can be very powerful.

From a defensive view, you can chain this to Pot of Avarice, Premature Burial, Call of the Haunted to "negate" their effects. You can put Treeborn back in the deck, or Malicious before they can remove it for another (just remember that he removes as a cost, use Prophecy during the Standby Phase). This can help against an Overload Fusion and/or Dragon's Mirror as well. This could also make Magical Stone Excavation a -3.

From an offensive view, it could put a powerful spell or trap back into your own deck. And it could also save you from decking out by putting Pot of Avarice back in your deck so that you could further increase your deck size.

So, overall, I suppose this could be a good card, but I would more consider it as a side deck choice.

Traditional: 2/5
Advanced: 3.5/5

I like this card, as a general rule of thumb, I enjoy cards that can be used offensively and defensively. You can use this to stop your opponent from reusing a card that needs to be in the Graveyard, namely something like Treeborn Frog.

You can also chain it to Call of the Haunter of Premature Burial to prevent your opponent from a Special Summon. You could also use it on your own Deck to recycle something you might hope to use again, like Mirror Force or Ring of Destruction!

Ratings:

Traditional: 2.5/5
Advanced: 3.5/5

This card, like so many, will remain at the bottom of people's card piles or relegated to their "Rares" Binders until someone builds a deck that breaks it, and Top 8's a SJC with it. After that, everyone will maindeck it in multiples, and people will have to pay $5-10 each for them on eBay.

The obvious combos aside, Transmigration Prophecy also combines well with Recruiters, Gadgets, Nimble Momongas, Thunder Dragon, LV type monsters, etc...

In a less Aggro based format, where Control decks can actually be viable, this card could work miracles.

-----------------------------

Traditional:
2/5 - You could send a LIGHT/DARK back to your opponent's deck, but then with cards like Painful Choice, Graceful Charity and Mirage of Nightmare, I don't see Prophecy helping all too much.

Advanced:
3/5 - it takes good deckbuilding skills to make use of this card, and all we are waiting for is someone to have the guts to give it a try.

The Transmigration Prophecy
Normal Trap
Text: Select 2 cards from the Graveyard and shuffle them into their owner’s Deck(s).

The Transmirgration Prophecy is great for putting back in searchers or stopping a Treeborn Frod or Jinzo from coming back. This card has many uses and since it can be either opponent's or your cards and it has no restriction on if it has to be a Monster, Spell, or Trap makes it a whole ot better.

For you and your monstets, things like Nimble Momonga and Apprentice Magician give you more Life Points or more defense plus tribute fodder. If you just drew your third Gravekeeper's Spy, play this card and put the other two back in the deck so the third one won't just be a 2000 DEF wall. Hydrogeddons go on the offensive for a second time in the duel. Need a Monarch for a Spirit Reaper or a Gravity Bind problem? Put 2 back to them off the field.

When sending back your spell cards you are most likely choose Snatch Steal or Heavy Storm for tributing or mass S/T removal. You can activate Pot of Avarice a second time to help draw into a solution.

In most decks Trap cards have the normal set up of Mirror Force, Ring of Destruction, Torrential Tribute, and anything else you'd like to add. We already have a card that can give us Trap Cards to out hands and were allowed two have Mask of Darkness in our decks.

As for the opponent, stopping specials summons from the grave helps you keep the strogest monster on the field, keeper tributes off the field, or take less damage by taking out the strongest monsters. Treeborn frog will stop coming back every turn and giving the opponent some kind of Monarch to tribute for.

Since Magician of Faith is banned returning Spell Cards to the opponent's deck is useless because we only have 1 good card to get back spells and that is Magical Stone Excavation.

If your oppoent is running Mask of Darkness you can make sure they won't get Ring back for game as soon as you draw or play Solemn Judgement negating a turn around duel card, it will save you a lot of trouble.

In the end, you can put this in a deck if you have multiples of cards that can search or side deck it against a person who utilizes the graveyard a lot.

Traditional: 3/5 - Bring back a banned card for another use is awesome.
Advanced: 3/5
Art: 4.3/5 - It looks great in Ultimate Rare Form.

The Transmigration Prophecy
Normal Trap Card
Select 2 cards from the Graveyard and shuffle them into their owner’s Deck(s).

This is one of the most overlooked cards in STON, let alone all of Yu-Gi-Oh! This card can be really good in main and side decks. One deck i really like this card in is Magical Explosion. It can send back monsters you need and also it's a good card to counter stuff like Treeborn Frog, Green Baboon, Destiny Hero Malicious, Destiny Hero - Disk commander and other cards of the type that can potentially make your opponent win. Side Decks it really works really well against T-Hero, and also if you know your opponent has Premature Burial or Call of the Haunted on a monster that can really be a problem, you can send them away. Though many people side deck Royal Decree, this can still work quite as you can chain it or even just have it to counter various decktypes. Also, it can keep you from decking out in a really long game.

Traditional: 3/5 So many more cards you can really use this to stop your opponent and you can save yourself for 2 turns against Exchange of Spirit deck.
Advanced: 2.5/5 A lot of cards this can disrupt, but it's good enough to really hit every decktype.
