I think this list would be really balance...opinions?

Banning Heavy Storm is dumb.Restricting Destiny Draw also falls in that category.

Monarchs should either stay as-is or out-right banned altogether.Otherwise,people will still run Zaborg,Mobius,Thestalos,Granmarg,and Raiza.

I don't like the banning of heavy storm either and even if all the monarchs are restricted to 2 people will still use them and why bother restricting return the deck isn't that great anyway and trap dustshoot should not be restricted because its a balanced card so this list is nothing more than a dream list

hence the name "Dream Ban List" lol...

Anyways...With the banning of Heavy Storm I brought back Breaker...I mean Heavy Storm is pretty much like a Harpies Feather Duster if the user has no trap/spells on his fields. Since we have Dark Hole banned I figured why not Storm also /shrug.

Restricting Destiny Draw...I know this is one of the cards that actually make running Destiny Heroes worthwhile, but they have enough support as it is, and this one card helps sets off all the chains with destiny heroes, and they already have disc commander to help them draw alot too. Restricting may be too much, but if anything maybe semi-limiting would of been a better idea.

Return, and Trap Dustshoot...Trap lets you look at peoples hand, which IMO is pretty damn good so I felt it needed to be restricted. Return from the Different Dimension...I took into consideration what decks could be a rise if this list was to become live and I felt that maybe return decks might see a rise in play.

The semi-limiting of the Monarchs...I know people will still run them, but I just want to create a more diverse Monarch deck, and well more creative decks might see some play.
