Looks fine to me. But you really don't want that much traps here. I don't think you need Solemn Judgement. What you do need here is Bottomless Trap Hole to counter Phoenix.
But the Phoenix's effect will still go off if its special summoned from the Graveyard, but then again, if its planning for the initial sp summon then BTH is koo.

Solemn Judgment deals with anything the Gems cannot already deal with. Once you Solemn that single copy of Storm, you have little to no worries.
