Default Who Needs a Party When You've Got a Bubble?

~Hero~

Graccus - Paladin

~Equipment~

Krol Blade x3
Wraith Scythe x3
Thrash Blade x2
Truesilver Breasplate x2
Edgemaster's Handguards x2
Skullflame Shield x2
Lionheart Helm x3
Eskhandar's Collar x1

~Ability~

Cleanse x2
Divine Shield x1
Devotion Aura x2
Retribution Aura x2
Holy Shield x2
Seal of Wisdom x2
Seal of Light x4
Blessing of Might x4
Blessing of Protection x3
Hammer of Justice x4

~Quests~

Big Game Hunter x4
Sunken Treasure x4
Your Fortune Awaits You x3
Zapped Giants x3
In Dreams x2

First off, I could use some more Divine Shields. And possibly some Stronghold Gauntlets'. That would swap the Edgemaster's. Truesilver Breastplate's have proven amazingly useful in my constant health-regening, but may swap for Deathdealer's.

So when it comes down to it, more Divine Shield's, yar. I'm considering dropping both Cleanses (Side) and add in two Hide of the Wild (To increase Seal of Light, Wraith Sctyhe, Truesilver...+1 can mean a lot.)

Thrash Blade is amazing with Seals, so it's great. Might try more. Cruel Hand of Timmy I may or may not use. Pretty good. I'll probably swap out the Krol Blade's for Annihilator's. If that becomes the case, I might slice down the Lionheart count from 3 to 2. Anyway, lemme know.

As for Devotion and Retribution, I'm doing a 2/2 split, mainly because each proves useful through different situations. Skullflame over Draconian because 1 AoE Damage > 2 Defense most of the time.

If you can find a way to fit in Parvink's, by all means. Otherwise, nothing I can think of will be an even sacrifice =P

Who wants a Bubble when it prevents your hero from being targeted?

Opps. Don't talk next time.

Being untargetable doesn't mean you're immune from damage or from being attacked. Last I checked, none of your cards kept you from being attacked. Annihilator will still wreck haus, as will Medoc Spiritwarden + Moira Darkheart. Oh, and if they can repeatedly exhaust your hero (not so big a threat now) you're screwed.

This will become a lot more viable when the Horde Paladin is released, because then you can play Ophelia Barrows and mess up reanimator strategies while protecting yourself in early turns. Also, Paladins can use better items than these. You could either go Wraith Scythe for life gain or Arcanite Reaper for, um, killing things. Go reaper for solo-pally. One other strategy is using Herod's Shoulder to have access to a toolbox of items like Reaper, Scythe, Flame Wrath and the like.

lol j/k: really, even if the opponent does have an annihilator, unless its soloing too you should win the damage race easily since you're healing about a billion and damaging with skullflame.
imo thrash blade is not so good. it is better with blessing of might but...go with annihilator I say. That thing is broken: its damage is unpreventable. In a year or two we'll look back at Annihilator and think 'man that thing was broken: unpreventable damage in a one-handed weapon!'. Annihilator seriously wrecks some plans and I LOVE it!

plz don't insult people unless you're 100% right about what you're stating, that freakin drives me nuts. attacking isn't targeting. attacking is just attacking.

on another note, i would try out some deathdealer BPs, they work wonders w/thrash blade.

annihilator is simply amazing, but in a pally deck i would run lionheart helm, and save the weap slot for something like reaper. lionheart gives 2 def. and keeps ALL of your damage from being prevented, which is good for holy shield and uh........ya, all of the other damaging abilities a pallly has (/sigh at no damaging abilities).

I guess I just like the unpreventable damage all in one package, but I agree in a weapon-heavy deck Lionheart Helm would probably be better mm-mm unpreventable wraith scythe + seal of wisdom.
