I can't believe nobody's noticed this...
http://www.jkrowling.com/
JK Rowling now has a REAL site up. Check it out for all of your rumor-disspelling needs.
Look around the site a little bit, to find some interesting info. Do some digging and you'll find some clues for book six, or other hidden extras.
Hint: Try getting into Ministry of Magic headquarters.

Some secrets.
I took a little browse around the site. The secrets are not difficult to find at all. Here is a tip, dial 62442 into the cell phone on the desk and hit call.
I have pretty much seen just about every secret, except what is beyond that door when you click that black ring.

Could anybody translate that page of the abandoned Philosopher's Stone? I could only read bits and pieces.

My list of secrets.
Here is a list of all the site secrets I know of, besides how the hell to get into that door.
1. Enter 62442 into the cell phone on the main desk.
2. This one requires several steps.
- Go to the extras section (the empty white mug)
- (Optional) pick up the eraser to the right of the coffee mug on the lower left hand side of the pin-up board and wave it over a blank white sheet of paper revealing ingredients for the secret.
- Take the pinned leaves above the white sheet of paper by clicking on it.
- Go to the links section and on the second shelf near the middle of all the books, click on the red flask to collect it.
- Go the the fan sites section (the golden key)
- Click on the feather laying on the second shelf to the right of the very first trophy starting from the left.
- On occasion, a spider crawls on the main desk, click on it though you can still collect this secret without it.
3. This one has less steps.
- Go to the fan sites section (the golden key)
- In the middle of the second shelf is a large trophy. To each side of it is a medallion with a holder next to them. Put each coin into their respective holders.
4. This one is incomplete and I have not figured it out.
- Click on the black ring on the main desk.
- There is a door that will not open just yet, though you can turn the light on and off like the switch next to the cell phone.
It was all pretty easy to find, but that last one has me stumped. I hope that helped.

Theres another one Zatenks missed:
In the links sections (the pen), there is a book with a question mark on the spine on the top shelf. ou can move it to the left to reveal a key. You can drag that key over to the box and get another secret.
Still don't know how to open that door though.

I think what you may have to do is wait until a certain time and then you can open the door. I'm not sure, though...
EDIT: also, if you stay in the "Links" section long enough, the radio that is in the other section (the white cup) inexplicably turns on (probably peeves or whatever.)

I can't get the door open either. Maybe the closer she gets to finishing book 6, the more hints will start appearing on how to open it.
Edit: If yor turn off the lights and wait, Peeves comes and tips over the vase on the end table and scribbles on the mirror.

The door will open by no method other than some real professional hacking. It will stay closed until Jo sees fit to open it.
There are only four secrets so far:
-the cell phone
-in Extras, there is an eraser. use it on the blank piece of paper, and find the items shown
-in links, move the book with the ? on it to the side to reveal a key. Put it in the keyhole.
-Finally, in fansites, put the two coins into their little boxes
*steals away into the dark*

did no one post this here? Huh.
It's been on TLC for like... ever. (well, a couple weeks)
I just assumed you guys would knnow...
'Tis awesome, though, and by reading through it you can figure out what the first chapter of book 6 is going to be.

... How long do you have to wait for Peeves to scribble on the mirror?
And on the radio thing, you can turn it on and off at will. =)
EDIT:
Here's a picture of what's behind the door, apparantly, but I still don't know how to do it. Also, I notice the background in the window is different from what I see now, but that may have something to do with the fact that it's 3:00 a.m. right now. @_@

You have to wait really long. I wanted to do it, and after like, 10 minutes, I forogt about it and started watching TV, then suddenly I hear this insidious laugh and something break. It scared me.
Also, I don't trust those types of links, what's beyond that door? cuz I'm not clicking that.

A book. And no, it's not innappropriate.
Of course, that doesn't mean it's legit, but it's all I could find.
Y'know, just because it has "pimp" in the web address...

There's no way to open it yet, JK's said that.
I think...
I haven't a clue what's there. Maybe it won't open until book 6 comes out. Maybe it's extra info from there or something... huh
