Duel Masters Petition: REVISED

I want to thank Gdog for coming up with the idea for the original petition. With his consent, I've revised the original petition to correct a few errors and add impactful terminology.

Unfortunately once a petition is created it cannot be revised, so I'm sorry for asking you all to do this again. Your investment of another 2 minutes to read and sign this petition will be well-worth it, so please join me in saving DM.

Please note that this petition needs to be legitimate. In order for your entry to not be scrubbed off the list you have to do the following:
1) Enter your full name - Let's show Wizards we are REAL. Your pojo user name is optional, although it's recommended.
2) Enter a valid comment - I will not obligate people to enter a comment, however if your comment does not apply to the petition then you will be scrubbed (blank comments are okay).

I've retained Gdog's original goals which were the following:
(1) Get some demands
(2) To make people stop posting about this game dying. You wanna help it sign the petition!
(3) To show WOTC how many people still love this game and think we deserve better and snap some sense into wizards!

Unfortunately my influence doesn't spread too far from Pojo and other sites so please help me to spread the word. Tell EVERYONE! Tell your local store, tell your friends, contact former gamers, and don't forget to sign it yourself. PLEASE also share this with all other forums and websites (Gdog please help me with this

).

This is a post about supporting the game (not about it dying). Please show your support in this thread and only put comments that show your support for the game in the petition.

Oh, ok. Good work DRY! But you haven't tell whats the rules about how the signatures should be like. In the first petition everyone just posted usernames and comments that looked a bit random. Is it required in this petiton to post real names or something like that?

However the rules going, I beg you all to make your signature nice! Spend a minute or two to get a well looking name and a comment.

Thank you guys! I've made the fix!

Also, since this was my oversight I will not scrub any of the first 6 signatures (since people had no direction to begin with). They'll stay as is.

I signed. bothered that the new petition has significantly less signatures, but I think that's due to exposure. While this petition is submitted here only, Cander's original piece was submitted over several boards. perhaps it needs to be disseminated more?

This should be put on the main duelmasters site and tcg player as well. In case anyone goes there that dosen't go here. We should be able to get tons more signatures that way.

The results are outstanding so far. It's been only 4 days and we already have 21 signatures! The reason why it's spectacular is because we're able to get this far during the holidays, when everyone is busy and traveling. Great job everyone!

When we get into January let's hit this thing hard! We need to get this out as soon as possible.

Wha? Are you giving me the credits for the other petition? You shouldn't due it wasen't my idea and I din't start it etiher.

The one before was a name Gino I think and this one was made by Dry 1337 if i'm correct...

And ya of course, if we post this on the other dm boards we will probably get like 10-20 signatures from each board. Also go to all your friends that isn't member of any forum but till plays dm and tell them that it just take 1 min to sign the petition and there is a chance to save dm. We really more signatures, and there isn't very long time, period...

PS: Got all my friends here in Sweden that hasen't signed the new petition. + 5 signatures. Yay!

Yes, Gino got a lot of credit and I'm also giving credit to everyone for showing all this support. Now we need to get the people that signed the old one to sign this one. I'm sure we can clear 1000 signatures but people aren't going to know unless we tell them.

This is beautiful! It's only been a week and we've doubled in signatures. Thanks again.

Just keep it up and tell everyone. You can even get your parents to sign. Tell them DM is great and helps to keep kids out of trouble.

I definitely signed it. This game has gotten popular around here again suddenly since the owner made the packs $1 each andthe boxes $20 and now they are almost sold out of over 50 boxes they had about 4 weeks ago. I even got 5 boxes for myself so far, which have been amply rewarded with giving me 9 foils a box hehe. Most of the guys here got the best cards, I was the only one to open a Bolmeteus since the sale started which was exciting. Thanks for making a great game WotC but please do not let it die. I really hope Thrash gets released everywhere so I can get some packs.

Great job so far everyone! Remember to talk to EVERYONE and don't forget that family counts! Sadly, 59 signatures is not close enough to get their attention. If each of the 59 people could get just one parent to sign then we could double this number and have 118 signatures. If we could add one sibling, cousin, nephew, or uncle then we will be close to 200 signatures. Think of how much more impact we would have with 200 signatures.

Our loyalty to this game does not end with just one act of signing. Let's be proactive and keep the momentum going!

okey then but where should i sign? I have may brother and cousin waiting for the supply of duel master cards here in phillipines, were just here waiting. Duel master still rocks around here, we make it work. we are very much supportive on your appeal to expand the game. but i think it is also good if we can communicate with the jappaness, after all they are ahead of us.
