War On Humanity - Underrated?

Is it me or is this card awesome? Especially late in the game. In Brotherhood decks, it can be greatly devistating. Think about having 4 at once (possible). If you have 5 Brotherhood characters in control (possible), thats 20 endurance damage in one turn. Next turn, that's probably game. Why don't people use this card. You see Brotherhood decks PWNING every tournament, yet no War On Humanity? WHY!? Someone explain....

1) It's on-going, which means it takes up space that is needed for:
a) Lost City
b) The New Brotherhood
c) Avalon Space Station
d) Genosha
e) Savage Land (possibly)

2) It's minimal damage at best. 1 on turn 1, 2 on turn 2, 3 on turn 3, 4 on turn 4, 5 on turn 5...that's 15 damage...assuming none of your guys ever get stunned, and they WILL get stunned. That's also assuming you hit every drop, which you won't, because a lot of New Brotherhood decks (including Gabe Walls' deck which won the PCQ in San Diego) don't run any 1 drop characters.

3) I'd really rather have drawn something better. I'd rather draw a character to power up with Lost City, or a Plot Twist to help me stun their guys.

4) You deal more damage on Stun on one guy than you probably will with this card in a whole turn.

5) It's good. It's just not good enough.

Heh when I got the starter I thought this card owned all and then as I accumulated way to many cards I realized that the card is good but not great for th reasons losted above. but yeah its still cool so is dark phoenix but we all realize she will never see play i side her in for multi player games though
