1: do all elemental hero fusion need polymerization?
2: when a fusion monster is destroyed can it be brought back with premature or call of the haunted?

1st, no you dont need poly you could use future fusion but the neos e-heroes dont need it
2nd, yes it can, i think... well anyway the e-heroes can't be because they say "this card cannot be special summoned ecept for fusion summon

1. answered
2. only if you properly fusionsummoned the monster before (stein and metamorphosis and the likes don't let you reborn them) (i think it was like this anyway)

1. See Above
2. If their Succesfully Fusion Summoned in the First Place (So Poly/FusionGate) you CAN Revive them with Call/Prem

Rulings questions belong in the TCG Q & A section -- not the Single Card Discussions section (which is where we are now).
I've told you this twice in the past...Please remember to post in the appropriate section next time; thanks in advance!
Just to clarify what everyone has said -- most Fusion Monsters can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard via "Premature Burial" or a similar effect after they've been properly Fusion Summoned.
However, because "Elemental Hero" Fusion Monsters have the text "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon", you can never Special Summon them in any way other than a Fusion Summon. So, even after properly Fusion Summoning an "Elemental Hero Flame Wingman", you cannot Special Summon it from the Graveyard due to its text. Other Fusion Monsters that are like this include "Dark Paladin", as well as any other Fusion Monsters that say "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon".
