A Short Guide to Playing Naruto CCG Online
The good ol' folks over at TopTierGaming.com have created a working patch for Magic Workstation(MWS) that allows online gameplay of the Naruto CCG.
Rakkie here, sorry, but Bandai is not cool with this, and it falls under 'illigal use of copyrighted material'. Your links are safely held till I get an OK to put them back. I'm leaving the thread open for now. Don't complain too much, and don't edit your links back in. Just sit tight.
*Patch has flaws. You can use this one until it is updated. When the real version is complete, you will need to overwrite your old set. All decks with cards from the BETA version won't work.
Installtion Instructions:
** Copied from Readme file located in the Naruto Patch download.
1) Run the Self-Installing program located in the first naruto base and path of the hokage patch.
2) Start Magic Workstation
3) Go to File: Assign Default Master Base, and choose Naruto.mwBase.
4) The Program will shut down. Reopen Magic Workstation
5) Go to File: “Open Libraries…” and select Naruto.mwBase
6) Go to View: “Deck Edit Mode”
7) To work with one set at a time, go to File: Open Libraries, and choose PTH.mwSet, Promos.mwSet, etc. from the Custom Sets folder. It’s suggested to just work with the base set.
Installation Instructions for BETA CotS patch*:

1) Replace the old "Naruto.mwBase" file with the new "Naruto.mwBase" file. This can be done by simply copying/pasting the file in the Magic Workstation folder. When asked to overwrite, click yes.
2) Place the "NarutoCTS.mwSet" file into the "Custom Sets" folder located in the Magic Workstation folder.
Ready to Play?:
If you have connection problems, try using the Hamachi program.

Additional Comment:
I haven't personally tried connecting and playing anyone yet, but I will soon. I'm kinda unfamiliar with the MWS program.
I hope this can grow into some sorta league.

playing online (i.e. aim) sometimes pose a problem. you can say that you have this card and cheat your way through a game, at least thats how i see it.
