Mike's Unofficial CotD
Card of the Day #1
Card Type: Client
Symbols: Lightning / Water
Card #: Client-001
Characteristics: Land of Waves / Male
Entrance Cost: 1
Hand Cost: 0
Effect:- If your opponent has won a total of 7 or more Battle Rewards, you may draw cards until you have 6 cards in your hand.
Art: 2/5
Sealed: 3.5/5
Constructed: 3.5/5
In my oppinion this is one of the most underestimated cards in the game! First off, Clients don't count as a Ninja. This means you could do something like this: play Zabuza [Demon of Cloud Village], then play Inari! It allows you to draw up to 6 cards - one of the best effects yet!
Pros:- It's a Client!
- The best draw engine in the game.
- When uneeded, it can be used as chakra.
Cons:

Why are you trying to belittle us CotD reviewers. We don't do every card every day... also your review of this is rather skewed:
1. Clients are in no way a good card type based on the sole client status. They are much more powerful used as chakra than anything.
2. Not the best draw engine in the game, by any means, a one time draw to 6 late game may turn around the game, or just deck you.
3. I'd rather have a client in my chakra area or my hand (to go to my chakra area) than have it in play on the field.

I think someone fell of the bed this morning. Either that or he's simply a flamer! I never tried to bellittle you, and I think you should chill. Infact, I may very PM Pojo about your rude behavior if it continues - I don't think he'd like his main page reviewers to be flamers, now would he?
1. Care to explain that? A client doesn't count twords the Ninja Limit! This means it's the same thing as a no-cost jutsu!
2. Decking out is farely rare in this card game, and you should know that if you played often. What else is a better draw engine? No other card in the game has the ability to draw 6 cards at once.
3. Thats because you're a meta following noob. Explain why Clients are bad.

1. Clients are glorified Missions. And their effects are second rate at best (there are TWO exceptions to this). It doesn't matter that they don't count toward your 25 Ninja limit since you can only have 1 out at any given time, EVER.
2. Mill decks gain a lot of power next set, and let's give a count here. At the bare minimum of deck loss, it would take about 3 turns for them to get 7 rewards. Tack in Opening hand size and 3 turns of drawing:
No Mulligan: 7 + 7 + 3 + X (X = to 6 - Y (Y = handsize))
Mulligan: 6 + 7 + 3 + X (X = to 6 - Y (Y = handsize))
Thus, maximizing draw from Inari, in a No Mulligan you lost 23 (HALF YOUR DECK) and Mulligan 22 (STILL HALF YOUR DECK). And that isn't including using other draw tech or if they milled your deck down slightly. This is a major resource burn here.
3. Excuse me? By noob I hope you realize that I answer every SINGLE question in the Q&A, do CotD, help out with decks when and how I can, and keep you informed of card updates. Kid, that in itself was stupid. Tack in that a dual Chakra source is WAY better than a chancy +6 (or any other Battle reward based Client effect, which is most of them).
Having 1 Lightning, 1 Inari, 1 Water allows you to use either Sexy Jutsu or Water Prison. Being able to discard for Zabuza a means to pay for Sexy Jutsu is just as good. Look at a bigger picture.

1. I wasn't talking about that Ninja limit, I meant the 1NPT rule.
2. Next set, and you can always sideck.. I never said this card was staple.
3. No, your a meta-following noob who has the ability to copy ratings of Gen Con winners and memorize some tricky rulings. Try becoming a YGO judge - its a lot harder.
4. You look at the bigger picture.. Wow, you draw 2, and pay for Zabuza with one of those!
Get out of my topic. Could a moderator please delete everything but the first post?

1. Once, in the ENTIRE match, without some extraordinary situation, you get to deploy a Client and a Ninja on the same turn. Not a grand great reason to play them.
2. Yes, you certainly can, you can also lose if you overdo it with your Draw tech. Decks are 40 cards exact. It's simple math to realize that even a simple Leaf Ninja Forces doubles the game speed. And at a cost/reward is a nicer card than Inari. Putting it bluntly: TOO MUCH DRAW KILLS YOU. Try getting out of YGO where hand advantage wins games.
3. Excuse me? Have you written in any Q&A stickies in Yu-Gi-oh here, have you been asked to by Moderators? Yeah, I'm not a judge, I don't care. Also, for the record, every single ruling I gave out is a simple ruling in the F.A.Q. over on Bandai's site. Also, for the record I don't run any of the 'standard' decks from Gencon, my Zabuza is ZVTF, since it's funny with Mind Transfer Jutsu. Before you judge me so harshly for pointing out a very standard view even for an obscure deck runner like myself, please read up on your info.
4. Clients generally have bad effects, and are best used as a stop gap on dual decks. Working as two kind of chakra is a nice trick that gives you extra options.
Yeah, ask the mods to delete it, if you can't face critisism hide, always works.

1. And who runs more then 1 Client, lol?
2. Its called "Agro" learn to win the game faster, kid.
3. No, I havn't been asked to write those things, because I have a life.
4. And any of that matters how? I never said every client is good!
I'm asking him to delete it because its spam. You randomly flamed my topic - even now, you never explained WHY you thought I was insulting you in the first place! If you don't like my topic, deal with it. And post a polite message, such as
