if you're going to bother using megrim you might as well use delirium skeins.
drop the signets for more puzzle boxes and more megrim.

well, after I manage to do some playtesting with this 2morrow, I will considering dropping signets for more puzzle boxes and stuff, but I think it could work efficiently without more of them.

I'd think there might need to be more swamps. Underworld Dreams cost BBB. Looking at the deck list, only Hinder costs more than one U. I'd say something like:
11 Swamps
11 Islands
You also might want to consider some Hideous laughters in the board, along with Exhaustion. Aggro decks like drawing a lot of cards, and laying everything down. Hideous Laughter does too. If they hold back? They take 4 from Ebony Crane.

I saw a kid pwn somebody with this deck so i'm kinda familia with it.
You need 4 puzzleboxes. along with 4 megrims. idk about glimpse the unthinkable but try it!

Running a discarding mechanic while simultaneously having your opponent draw a bunch of times just seems stupid and self defeating. What you want is solid burn to couple with Underworld Dreams right?
Run Transcribing maybe. Works like Skiens but for X cards. Plus you can forecast it to keep advantage.
Instead of Megrim run that enchantment that says you skip your draw step, but draw everytime your opponent does. That way Skein doubles up and they still burn.

Take out Megrim for it. Trust me. You'll love it. There's also an artifact creature that lets each person draw at upkeep. (Meh...I'm just giving you block suggestions for it)

Seizan....nah, too costly, and im trying to steer away from Kamigawa block more now...
The artifact that someone mentioned is Walking Archive or something like that....meh....

why don't you try dimir cutpurse or debtors knell? They discard they're good creatures if it's a creature heavy deck and your there to steal them. What's the speed of this deck? if it takes a while to win with it i would put in the Knell.

This deck looks solid. You just need ways of bouncing other than counterspells. Maybe Boomerangs?
