Help!
Alrighty folks, I have a few questions and concerns. First off, this may sound n00bish and in fact it is but, what does HP: [Insert Type] mean? I have read shinyaltaria's Help Thread and it says very little on Hidden Power, hence why I am questioning this. Do I teach a Pokemon Hidden Power? If so, then what? Sorry guys, I just don't understand.
My next concern is regarding a program that some of you may or may not know about. Ness Earthbound Genius posted a thread about this a while back, it's called R/S Chat Calc. I am having trouble creating a code, whenever I try to save the code it says 'Error Writing File' and 'Error Saving File'. I have made a thread contrary to this program but recieved little imput and it didn't help. Could someone help or can someone link me to their site or where this information originated? I would appreciate it.
Darklogos, check your PMs.

Hidden Power is a TM... it says in the summary that it is a Normal-type move, but it isn't really... it is a move of any of the other 16 types with a power of I believe 35 to 70... the type and power depend on the IVs of a pokemon... if a pokemon has all IVs of 31, it will be HP Dark 70... does that make sense?
I cant get the program to work either... I was going to shark a shiney Charmander for my starter on my latest restart, but it said "the parameter is incorrect" every time I tried starting the program...
