Questions about OldSchool Cards
Chaos Gym- Sorry but how exactly does this card work?
If the player of the card flips tails, is the effect "negated" for them, and then it goes to the discard pile or back to their hand?
Does the player still have to flip for Pokemon Tools and other cards that stays on the field?
Would it work on a Supporter Card also?
Baby Pokemon- Do you have to flip only for an attack that would directly damage it, or for ANY attack such as Fetch and attacks that would place damage counters on it?
Confusion- what happens with retreating? How long does confusion stay active?
Burn- How exactly does this work?

Whenever a player plays a Trainer card other than a Stadium card, he or she flips a coin. If heads, that player plays that card normally. If tails, the player can’t play that card. If the card isn’t put into play, the player’s opponent may use that card instead, if he or she does everything required in order to play that card (like discarding cards). Either way, the card goes to its owner’s discard pile.

So if the owner of the card flips tails, their opponent gets to use it (as long as they can for example if it stays in play, then they cannot use it). Pokémon Tools and Supporters are Trainers so you would have to flip to use. The only Trainer you do not flip for is a Stadium card.
The Baby Rule is flip whenever you attack and a Baby is Active. Fetch and Life Drain are attacks, they just don't do damage, so you would have to flip if a Baby is active.
Confusion - When Retreating a Confused Pokémon you just pay the Retreat Cost and then move the afflicted Pokémon to the Bench. Confusion Remains until the Pokémon is Benched, Evolves, Devolves, Leaves Play, or gets Healed (Full Heal, Double Full Heal, Full Heal Energy, various Poké powers).
Burn - is another Special Condition just like Confusion and Posion. A Burned Pokémon flips a coin between turns. If heads, nothing happens. If tails, place 2 damage counters on it. Burn goes away the same way as Confusion.

I'm sorry, but a few more card ruling questions...
1. Does first turn player draw/attack?
2. Confusion deals 20 or 30 damage when opponent fails to flip heads when attacking?
3. I'm hearing that they changed the ruling on Confusion again, where, in order to retreat, a Confused Pokemon must first pay the cost, and then flip. If tails, the Pokemon stays Active.
4. What pack does "Water Call" Swampert come in?

1. Does first turn player draw/attack?
He doesn't draw, but he can attack.
2. Confusion deals 20 or 30 damage when opponent fails to flip heads when attacking?
You would say "put 3 damage counters" instead of "30 damage" as damage can be reduced (E.g. Metal Energy) or multiplied(E.g. Self weakness in most Psychic Pokemon).
3. I'm hearing that they changed the ruling on Confusion again, where, in order to retreat, a Confused Pokemon must first pay the cost, and then flip. If tails, the Pokemon stays Active.
That was the old rule. Then new rule lets you retreat normally. And only once a turn.
4. What pack does "Water Call" Swampert come in?
Ruby & Sapphire.
