Barrel Dragon
I dont know if this has been asked, but now with all the banned and restricted cards, is Barrel Dragon one of the elite cards? I personally like it with limiter removal but thats off-topic. I just need to know if its better than it used to be.

It's a two tribute that relies on luck...leave it in the binder of crap holos. If anything, play Blowback Dragon, but even that isn't that good.
