Earthquake isn't an egg move for Blaziken, but TM moves can be passed and Slaking will breed with Blaziken. Neither learn Bulk Up through egging, but again... it's a TM move, so... eh.
Weezing can egg WoW.
Team looks fine. I'd nab Shadow Ball over Bulb up on the Slaking, but that's probably just me.  I know a lot of people don't like the Mirror Coat on Milotic; but I've always found it helpful.

Blaziken learns bulk up on it's own, level 20-something. I recommend cheating in unlimited tms though.
Focus band is better than sitrus berry, in my opinion.
Brick break and rest are better that light screen and psychic, unless you have metagross trained in special attack.
I don't like shell bell at all, leftovers usually recovers more.
Most people will switch once you use destiny bond, you might want haze or flamethrower (for steels) instead.

Blaziken evolves at lvl36 so it cant learn attacks at lvl 20-something
Shell bell is good on your heavy hitters...

Blaziken can learn something at lvl 20 if u shark it in at lvl 5 or something like that.
