Default What's the point of the Acro Bike?

It seems usless, as you can travel at the same speed with your shoes. Unless i'm missing something. Are you supposed to jump over ledges with it?

1. It's just for fun.
2. There's a spot near where you get Feebas that you can only get to by hopping sideways with the Acro Bike.
3. There's ledges in Jagged Path only accesible from the bottom if you have Acro Bike.

I could have sworn you went a lot faster on the bike once you picked up speed...

It is used to jump on ledges and other things. I like the bik even if it is slow. The Mach bike ticks me off cause i cant control the darn thing sometimes. Im surprised i made it to Rayquaza on Sapphire.

The Acro Bike is used to hop over those thin bridges, use B+up/down to get across.
Shining Celebi, I think you're refering to the Mach bike, goes slowly for two steps and then rockets until you hit something...

And if you've used the Mach bike the whole game, the sky pillar was not that hard, except it took me some time to accually locate it, and figuring out how to fall through the floor.

The acro bike is cool because you can do bunny hops which allows you over ledges like b4 lavridge hopping side ways ( around fortree) and you can do wheelies

Wow. Just wow.

Don't you see this is discussing the ACRO bike?
Don't you see everyone saying you can bunny hope with the acro bike?

And by that, they mean ONLY with the acro.

It's a tad bit faster than running, and there are some places you can only reach with hopping. You know those white bridge thingies? They sorta look something like this...

connecting one part of land to another. You have to hop on them(side hop) to get to the other side.

Actually, whats Really amazing is that this thread was over 3 years old and was just revived.

There's no need for me to state an answer as Near has already answered.

Actually, Acro Bike is slightly faster then running shoes. =="

Wheelie-ing is same speed as running.

Bunny hopping is the same speed as just walking.

You can hop over things, bunny hop and wheelie.

EDIT: nvm this, didn't realise it was over 3 years old.
