Scarfs?
I need help with getting the scarfs from the dude in Slateport. I gave Red pokeblocks to my Swellow till he was done, meaning the stars around him went full circle and he still wont give the Red Scarf to me. Do they have to have just one condition full? Cause my Swellow has full Coolness and some beauty cause i gave him the wrong pokeblock on accident. It was a pokeblock that raised coolness and beauty or something. Help please!

My Cacturne got the Green scarf when it had it's Smart full, and with it's Cool and Beauty close to full- so it can't be that you need to have only one condition.
Wish I knew why you weren't getting it though. Sorry I'm not more help. Er- maybe you're Swellow is just a bit off from actually having max Cool?

What might look full on the bar will not actually be full. Pure red pokeblocks are generally low level, so the maximum amount of pokeblocks 10 will not raise it enough for a scarf. What you want to do is use higher level pokeblocks that affect more than one of the stats. More info in the berry pokeblock guide that is a sticky at the top of the page.

"its how hard your pokemon works" meaning the betetr you train them and the more blocks you give it

It has nothing to do with training just the pokemon's condition.

I needed the Scarf to give my Milotic an edge in the Master Competition. Now I have a painting of "This Centuries Last Great Venus" hanging in the Art Gallery.

Then again I won normal contest w/ a lvl 12 skitty w/ 2 attacks and NO pokeblock training

So i should have given him Red pokeblocks made from Leppa berries insted of Cheri berries? I cant feed him anymore cause the star circle is full. Now im raising my Gardevoirs smartness. I've been giving her Green pb made from Rawst, should i start giving her higher level pbs? Im growing some Lum berries to make higher level ones.

Use only level fifty POKEblocks, blended from Spelon, Pamtre, Watmel, Durin, and Belue. See Sturgy's stickied tread for more info. (I don't know if Shiny Altaria has anything in the Help and Reference thread.)
Pure color 'blocks (red, blue, green, etc.) are the worst because they always come in low levels. Indigo, brown, purple, ect. are much better, and and they affect two conditons as well.
Everything is in Sturgy's stickied thread. It's stickied for a reason.

Well...I would've used a Liteblue pokeblock from a Spelon berry or a Gold Pokeblock made from a Spelon Berry for coolness. A blended Spelon Berry with low feel does wonders because it quickly gets your coolness factor to the max. It raises it much more than any measly red block. Typically, the super rare berries like the Apicot berry give really good pokeblocks. You get the Spelon berry by telling the Berry Master's Wife "Great Battle". You must remember that you only get 1 Spelon berry per game so you should plant it and grow enough Spelon berries to use. It might take a while so be patient. As for smartness, I found that a blended Durin berry, from the berry master's wife by saying "cool latios", gives good results. Again, be cautious with not wasting it. Plant is and create a garden of Durin berries if you need to. I would rely on those type of berries unlike the common Rawst, Nanab, Chesto, Cheri, etc. berries because they are low leveled and will not raise your pokemon's attributes high enough to be awarded a scarf. Good luck with your contest! ^_^

Them pokeblocks take forever to make and are hard to get. Its easier to just ask for help instead of reading the sticky thread. Too much to read and i dont feel like doing it.
