Try Gamefaqs.com they generally have a huge selection of codes. Go there and search for pokemon.

gamefaqs only have codes for ruby/sapphire pokemon not old ones.

I think he means gamefaqs doesn't have codes for old pokemon like charizard.

gamefaqs has codes for R/S... the codes for old pokemon (like Charizard) are in the RS gameshark guide...
