About three weeks to a month ago I did a "Simul-Send" with him. The trade was:

My:

DDWL
Mirage of Nightmare
Sinister Serpent
CoTH

paradigm/shift:

Foil Beatdown, 1rst and mint
Overload, foil and first and mint
X2 Acrobatic Dodge, foil and mint

About a week and a half ago, I sent out the first PM you see below, complaining that it had been over two weeks. Of course he hadn't received my cards either, but for some reason didn't PM me about it, he just sat quietly. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, as shown, but not having heard from him for another week and a half, I am getting annoyed. I wanted some help from you guys.

It's no problem, I've just been a little on edge yesterday after having sent out cards days earlier worth about 120$...

Nope, no cards yet. Lets just wait a little bit, and if worse comes to worse Ill file an insurance claim. Maybe mails just slow, but this long is obsurd. Sorry bout the delay, hope my cards and ur cards come soon!

This is getting freakin ridiculous. I don't even know how long it has been now. There is no way the mail was this messed up.

I was mainly just curious what I should do, if I should just leave a neg ref and move on. If I do, and he neg refs me back, I could come here and petitiion it correct?

His profile says he's been on, so there's really no excuse for his lack of doing anything.

This is why you should use a delivery confirmation, especially if you are shipping stuff worth a lot of money. Since all you have is PMs, its basically a he-said situation. I don't think we can do anything here. Just wait it out a little longer, if nothing comes then leave him a negative ref. Next time, get a delivery confirmation.

well i always had my suspicion about this guy before i became a mod. it just seems to fishy when you supposely simi-send with somebody and some how they don't get your stuff and you don't get their stuff when you know you sent. anyways like piccolo said, there's really nothing we can do with out some evidence. this is basically a he said she said case. i also belive that this is the first time we heard a compliant about this guy too. now if more then one person were to complian about this guy then we will look into it a little furture. if he ripped you, do the usually and file mail fraud and leave a neg ref. if he responds to your neg by leaving you a neg then you can always pettion it to get removed. it doesn't mean were going to remove it but you can always try with the proper evidence

Considering all the complaints it looks like people are having against him, I think I'll do just that. Thanks dowster. I always admired your ripper hunting before you were modded.
