Trading problems with Heero Yuy

Heero Yuy and I agreed to a trade over a month ago. At that time, we had the same number of refs, so it was agreed that we should send simultaneously. He received my cards on the 12th of January (as indicated by the ref he left me). He apparently didn't choose to send at the same time since on the 15th, he stated that one of the cards he is supposed to send was stolen. He asked me to choose a replacement at which time I left him with several options. He has refrained from contacting me since that time even though he has been online numerous times and has refused to reply to several subsequent PM's asking for an update about the situation. He apparently has a reputation of sending cards late (I have asked a few people since our trade) and it is my sincere hope that this is the case here, but if it isn't, then I would like something done. How should I proceed in this situation? (preferably an option is available that won't result in a retaliatory ref against me). Any relevant evidence can be provided to whichever moderator decides to investigate this. Thank you for your time.

I have also had a problem with Heero Yuy. Over a month ago we agreed on a trade.

MY: Blue Eyes (db1), Trap Hole (lob), x2 Command Knight, and Dark Master Zorc w/ ritual

HIS: DMoC, Hino Kagu Tsuchi, Dedication through Light and Darkness, Dust Tornado (db1)

He left me a ref about 3-4 days after I sent. Well, he has said he sent, he even said he sent multiple times! It is quite obvious that out of multiple sends at least ONE should have made it here! Also, he lives in Connecticut, I live in Massachusetts, so there is absolutely NO REASON it should take more than a week, let alone a month. I only want the cards I was promised, nothing extra. I have negative reffed him but now he seems to think I have wronged him! Well lets just say, until I get my cards I don't give a tiny rat's @$$ if I've "wronged" him!

yo dude some of my cards got jacked at my last tourny....I have a sepret folder for where I keep my "Pojo Cards that are in trade" Well I got Call Jacked.......What can I through in to make it up? I did not tell ya sooner cuzI though I could get another one or find who did it....Well let me know

Kay, I've looked into this. Since he has already left you a positive reference, you need not fear ANY reprisal if you leave him a negative (and he already has 2). If he leaves you a negative reference, I will delete it.

Further, I'm going to make a new topic about a rule change as to the number of negatives it takes before a user is automatically badlisted.

As to banning him, that's not going to happen at this time, unless another committee member wants to make a motion to do so.

I have also had a problem with him. It was a long time ago, and he kept stating that he had sent. well, 3 months after the trade had been finalized, I FINALLY recieved the cards.

@ MOD's, this is no excuse but family situation is rough. It's hard enough to get the the post officw. On my last trade thread as I stated I got cards stolen from me. As you'll read below I'm replaceing the cards that were stolen from me.

@ Yata-Garasu 1 - I never said you wronged me, but I do know I sent!! I know I did....somcards stolen from me. I've been trying to replace the ones that were in trades. I figured I could get them befor somthing like this were to happon.

@ All - I know it looks like I'm a ripper. I'm a 15 year old kid, just trying to trade. I dont see the point on stealing cards. Me appealing to you prolly makes me look even worse but I have to try. I had my cards stolen and I've been making a little money on the side to try to replace the cards that were stolen in trades. My cards mean alot to me but I try to stay to my word. I know how it is to get cards stolen and thats why I'm not ripping you. From now on I'll send with Confirm Mail, and or with a 3rd party involved. This is my only hobbie (yeah I got no life) and I dont want to ruin it....

hero yuy - some advice form me to you. i understand that crap happens and sometime it's out of your control. if you can't keep your end of the deal up and if people have already sent you thier cards, just return them their cards that they sent you. i'm sure people are understanding and all will be forgiven. no harm no foul. but if you keep thier cards and don't send them anything then things like this will happen. i know i will be pissed off if i agree to a simi send and the other person never sent me thier cards. i'm sure you will feel the same way too.

I am glad to see that you replied Heero Yuy. I will postpone leaving you a negative ref (and filing mail fraud) for now. When I receive your cards, I'll let this matter drop entirely. Until then...
