3 Super Defense Robot Elephan
3 Super Defense Robot Lio
2 Super Defense Robot Monki

3 Machine Duplication
1 Dark Hole
1 Limiter Removal
1 Mind Control

Traps - 11
3 Call Of The Haunted
2 Fiendish Chain
2 Mirror Force
1 Compulsory Evacuation Device
1 Bottomless Trap Hole
1 Torrential Tribute
1 Solemn Warning

Extra Deck - 15
3 Googly-Eyes Drum Dragon
3 Number 15: Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder
3 Number 40: Gimmick Puppet of Strings
3 Wind-Up Zenmaister
2 Gear Gigant X
1 Number 88: Gimmick Puppet of Leo

Hello! This is Jenica AKA WhiteLady with a funny story...

I decided to make this out of boredom and was able to pick up most of it for about 10 dollars (granted, I had staples and I don't own the Giant Grinders quite yet, but I will get there...). This deck is also rather good, allowing me to XYZ for Rank 8's easily. So, I go to play my friend with it and I drop Googly-Eyes (I called him Dum-Drum for kicks). My friend had 2 cards set, so I figured I'd hit a Mirror Force... pitched a Material, swung, and BAM! 4000 went right in his face.

A lot of the ideas were borrowed from the guide's thread (thank you for that), but some of the ideas in this deck are simply budget options. For example, because I don't have a lot of money to spend, I decided to opt for Orbital 7, Cyber Valley, and Machine Duplication instead of the Machina Engine. So far, It has not affected me too harshly, since Orbital 7 can not only be summoned via all the Super Defense Robots, but can also be Machine Dupe'd.

Thank you for reading.

Cool Comments By You!:

This will definitely be happening once I can afford Felgrand. You reminded me about it, actually. Thanks!

Googly-Eyes, pitch material, equip Stoic. Lots of Ouch. Then, if it dies to Stoic, oh look, I pitched a Super Defense Robot... :P

Also, it makes my XYZs bigger, which is always a fun thing to have.

Ah, I see, that must be fun with Gearspring Spirit and Limiter Removal.

I find this deck quite enjoyable. I admit I know not much of the SD mechanics by heart but it seems fun and was used by Orbital in the series Had quite a lot of pulls of this one from the JotL deluxe set.

If you're able to somehow accommodate options for level modification to either 7 or 9, you'd be able to expand your extra deck to include Xyz monsters like Dracossack and Dyson Sphere. Optional support cards to help speed up getting your monsters on the field for Xyz may include Iron Call and Machina Armored Unit. Gravity Buster is nice to use if you're looking to negate monster effects during the battle phase, which also includes shutting down monster effects that search others when destroyed by battle and sent to the grave. In addition, the +400 ATK is permanent as long as that monster remains on the field. If you're looking for more draw power, Trade In is a nice addition since you have at least six level 7 or higher monsters.

I hope this further helps in your deck building process for this one ^^

Lady could you explain some of your plays? Super Defense Robot Monki being Level 3 is really random. Hehe. You did build it nicely. :]

@Ghoul: Thank you! I'll have to take those in to consideration.
@As I Burn: Monki is actually a lifesaver in here due to his effect. He allows me to remove a Machine Type from my graveyard to add another SDR from my Graveyard to my hand. You essentially normal summon a SDR, usually Lio, then proceed to go into either Orbital 7 and XYZ for Gear Gigant X, pitching Lio to add Monki, or you go into Elephan and go Googly-Eyes or whatever Rank 8 you desire. Regardless of what you go into, pitching is key. You want SDR's in your grave. It helps keep Googly-Eyes alive. It gives you targets for recycling (both Monki and CotH recycle). It allows you to consistently make Rank 8's.

So, a sample play would be something like...
Lio, Orbital 7, Machine Duplication in hand (not uncommon in all honesty).

Drop Lio > effect to drop Orbital 7 > Machine Duplication Orbital 7 > XYZ into 2 Gear Gigant X > Pitch Lio from the first Gear Giant X and an Orbital from the second as Materials for their effects, searching for Monki and another Lio > End Turn. (2 Gear Giant X on field and Lio in Graveyard)

Then, you continue as usual. If you draw into Elephan or had him in your opening 6...

Next Turn: Normal Monki > effect to Special Summon Elephan > Effect of Elephan (makes Monki level 8) > Effect of Monki, removing Orbital 7 to add Lio to Hand > XYZ for Googly-Eyes or any Rank 8 > Pitch Elephan for Effect > Pitch Last Material from one Gear Gigant X to search for the 2nd Monki > Pitch Last Material from the other Gear Giant X to search for another Lio. End Turn. (field is now 2 Gear Giant X with no Materials and a Rank 8. Hand should consist of Monki and Lio. Graveyard should have 2 Orbital 7 and Elephan.)

From this point, you can, once again, summon Monki to grab Elephan. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT SUMMON LIO THIS TIME. He will be used with Elephan to make another Rank 8.

Now, after reading through all that, I hope you realize the main purpose of this deck: to consistently make Rank 8's. I hope this helps!

EDIT: Also, sample godhand:
Gearspring Spirit, Super Defense Robot Lio, Super Defense Robot Elephan, Stoic Challenge, Mystical Space Typhoon, and any other card, really. This allows me to go into Googly-Eyes (Lio + Elephan), pitch a Material, Special Summon Gearspring Spirit, reduce the attack of a monster on my opponent's side of the field that is face-up, play Stoic Challenge, Mystical Space Typhoon any backrow, and then attack for a grand total of 8000 (thanks to Googly-Eyes effect that makes him 4000 + Stoic Challenge doubling any damage my opponent takes via battle of monsters).

Hey white lady you ever thought of a random Debris Dragon? DD and a dup in hand with orbital in grave could net you two rank 4's. I use Debris in my Galaxy deck with Orbital 7's an dups.

I have, actually! The reason I haven't used it in this build is because of Gearspring Spirit. He, unfortunately, requires all Machine Types to be in the Graveyard.

Speaking of all Machines... I think I could tech in a Solidarity!

I may have to test that out, actually. I really do like Solidarity.

Dunno if I'll be able to play today. I'm not a fan of playing randoms on DN and I dunno if any of my teammates are going to be on. I'll PM you if I do play, however.

Think about The Machina machines. At least Side Deck potential.

I stated I didn't have the money for the Machina Engine...yet. :P

Trust me, if I had more cash, it would be in here.
