basic idea of deck get scout planes in grave as quick as possible to abuse with Strike Ninja eff

i'd like suggestions on how to speed the deck up and to make it more competitive

My advice would be Kagetokage, with some King of the Feral Imps in the extra to search him. He's an Allure target and makes easy Lavaval Chain, which you can use to dump scout planes

If you want to make a deck that is based on Ninjas, I would suggest that you look here. It even uses Strike Ninja

Generally Stike Ninja decks rely heavily on traps and are more defensive than offensive. I would try using the Destiny Hero Engine for draw power and grave fuel. Throw in a few Dark Grepher as well. Also drop some offensive spells for defensive traps. Also, Compulsory Escape Device, like in Chain Beat can be used with Strike if I am not mistaken.

Junk, Monk, Reaper, and Scout are not really needed. Maybe 2 scout but I would not run more than 2.
