Default Dragon Ruler ruling Question

I was reading the effects of burner and lightning and couldn't find anyone who could answer this question:
If I use Lightning and Burner to special summon Tempest by using Lighthing's effect, could I also activate Burner's effect in that same tribute sequence and special summon Blaster as well?

You mean, you just discarded Burner for the activation of Lightning? Or I misunderstood you question?

Nope, you can't. The minis have to be triggered manually, they aren't anything like Dark World or Fabled monsters. Read the card again and you'll realize that

no both dragons are tributed as a cost for one effect.(u choose either burner or lighting u dont get both)

being discarded does not trigger their effects. each one needs thier own costs they cannot share the same cost.

Nothing is tributed here

Do any of the minis say they trigger when discarded as a cost?
