Default Gogogo ghost and gogogo giant

If gogogo ghost (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Gogogo_Ghost) is special summoned with Gogogo Giant's (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Gogogo_Giant) effect, can you activate ghost's effect even though giant special summons the target in defense position? An admin on dueling ne t work told me that I can't, he said that it would be the same thing as trying to activate lyla's effect when it is in dfense position. I ask because many people have been giving conflicting theories about the card.

Yes, you can still use Ghost's effect.

Wrong. Don't answer questions you don't know for certain. This is what causes the confusion to begin with.

This is why we wait for rulings after the set is released. Come back next week and check the OCG rulings thread (or Konami's site itself) for CBLZ rulings.
