So I went to my locals after work and was able to pick up two Abysslindes, two Abyssmegalos, one Bahamut Shark, two Gaioabyss and three Abysspikes. Gonna go to the sneak peek tomorrow hoping to get the rest of the stuff. Granted, I already know I have some extras so I'll get to hopefully trade off some stuff.

After the first YCS what should Megalo be worth if they top? I'm really hoping it won't be spiked to over 70 -.-;

It's a secret, that's needed in 3's. So, yeah. Expect something near that.

Abyssmegalo isn't needed in 3's.

I've been running the 2 - 2 - 2 Ratio for the core Mermails and it's been fairly consistent believe it or not.

Megaloabyss can also be Mind Crush'd.

Trap Stun chained to Abyss-Sphere. The Mermail obviously doesn't come out, but will Sphere linger uselessly for the rest of the game?

I had this happen to me on YGOPro if that means anything. -Sphere still died at EP.

Maybe if you spam out a bunch of level 3's and use Abyssmander's effect?

Speaking of them I want to see someone draw Lung as egoraptor's grump head and Mander as JonTron's.

Okay overall i was able to get

2 Megalo
2 lind
3 Sphere
1 Gaoiss
1 Abyss dweller

and all the common and rares needed

Just need now Bahumut shark, Elemental lord and one more Lind (Megalo is crazy expensive right now)

did cost me a few hundred though...

- Struge is unneeded. It's outclassed by Salvage for recycling and with Undine, Megalo and Pike you'll have enough way to activate atlanteans. With this you could drop Linde to 2 easily.

- I personally don't like solemns in this deck. The deck runs very little defences and while setting up the monster are paper thin so you'll probably take some early damage. The Solemns just make it easier for them to poke and steal games. Judgment is a death sentence 75% of the time this format and conflicts with Gorz. I'd rather use generic monster removal (preferably CED because it get's rid of problem extra monster)or more hand traps.

+1 Atlantean Attack Squad (Easy out to abyss dweller and rai-oh through diva)

Slushy is terrifying in Sea Lancer decks.

You can't search Salvage. There have been situations where that Sturge summon has helped me put things back into my favor or secure it further. He also has a body which is quite nice at times. Solemn brigade is way too good for me to drop ever, I prefer it over "light" removal like CED (as much as I like that card). Attack Squad I've been considering, but holy **** I hate drawing him and would hate it more in Mermails than I did in pre-ABYR decks.

Ok guys we got the deck YAY for us but now its time for the more important business Side deck. We indeed know many people will go game two they will go into macro, fissure, Soul Drain. Well obv we will go for the mst , Twister but what do we side out for that is my question?

Mermail Abyssgaios, silly question but can he attack if he has xyz materials? Couldnt find anything on the rulings
