I was planning to get there at like 8....does that mean i have to wait an hour to register?

Additional Comment:

and there's no way they can register everyone in 55 minutes...i feel there's gonna be at least 600

To be certainly honest with you, this was all the information I was able to find but I do know that they sometimes do pre-registration a day before the tournament (Friday) and sometimes registration starts a bit earlier then mention.

You were expecting 600 players? I was expecting more than 800 players actually!

Haha 800 would be crazy, the last regs I went to was Anaheim like 5 months back and it had 560ish. San Jose just had 600, I def expect LA regs to top that number. I just hope I find everything I'm looking for...and top 8 would be nice too

I'll definitely go, but I couldn't make the cut to participate in the previous SoCal Regionals due to maximum number of players. Hopefully, I'll be lucky to register next week of Saturday and use the same deck I would have used in Anaheim. Hope it's much better than Anaheim Con.

LA Regionals always tends to be the most pack and competitive regional in CA in my opinion.

I would recommend getting there as soon as you can and register as soon as you can. Print out your deck list on the editable form on the Konami site

I believe it was said people weren't allowed to enter into the main draw because they didn't expect that many people would come, so yes I would recommend getting their early and GET IN LINE. Do your trading and gather your cards you need for your deck after you are registered.

No.

You would just have to arrive earlier in the morning if you want to avoid a long wait in line.

Go - you can make it easier on yourself if you have your Decklist and registration filled out beforehand. Then you can just pay and enter, no hustling around to fill out forms.

Vendors typically don't buy bulk commons at Regionals.

Also gonna be hitting this up, hopefully getting there early enough and whatnot. Printing out my decklist the night before seems to be the best bet, I can edit anything with pen lol.

Also gonna be celebrating my birthday there! :> (3 Days early, but since I won't have any other thing to do for it, I thought why not.)
