The Official seal your soul away.deck discussion
Hello everyone im new to this make your own discussion page but im sure with all of your help i'll do fine.
the seal of oricalcos is a long awaited card many duelist like my self have been waiting for. there is many things to be discussed when it comes to the seal of oricalcos but for right now i'll show you guys what im testing so far

Additional Comment:

the seal of oricalcos have many applications and fit into a variety of current decks it also helps newer players and people who like to play with an old school style of play get back into the game with simplicity , something that the game is kinda lacking right now.
the 2 decks i have listed above are decks that im messing around with they are simple to use and provide any budget player a very good fighting chance.
Current deck ideas i have in mind for the seal is 3 major ones although tons of decks can use it.
Deck#1 watts: watts is the type of deck that doesn't need any special summoning at all , you just attack directly and lock you opponent down , now im not a watt player but have played against the deck enough to know that once they start pecking at your l.p an extra 500 damage from the seal can be devastating.
Deck#2 macro: Macro decks can also benefit from the seal giving your d.d survivor an extra 500 boost can really give you the beefyness you need to get over tkings and other monsters that the deck may have had problems with also , boosting your monarchs in the deck will give you an edge over some of today's boss monsters like grapha and Master Hyperion.
Deck#3 anti meta: standerd anti meta benefits really well from the seal giving your tkings and doomcalls that boost lets you handle some of the boss monsters in other decks just like i mentioned my point about macro.
now i know there's more decks that the seal can benefit from but these are the ones that first came to mind because of how under powered they were in the past format , but now i believe they can with the help of the seal be tier 1.
the seal can also be used in situations were you have zenmaines on field and you want to destroy a card on board this play can really benefit you at times because of their being certain cards on field you might want to get rid of.
(note) : will post more tonight just don't have time right now and once again people if you want to add anything feel free.

sorry to be that guy but this is not a guide its a deck discussion. if you want it to be a guide then you hav to list multpile deck ideas and cards that can profit from Orichalcos.

The best idea I thought of a way to abuse Lightray Daedalus with Orichalcos and/or Geartown - reusable Icarus Attack or a one-shot Icarus that gives you another beater to assuredly win outside of hand traps.
However, I haven't decided of a particular way to get LIGHT fodder for Daedalus.... Magical Merchant maybe? But I'm so not good with risk-taking like that....

The second seal isn't dead, you can set it to destroy your opponents field by game mechanics ^^

gonna post up my dragons of the orichalcos build for this, but dn seems not to be loading for me :/
basics of the deck are that you run 3 UFO Turtle as well as 3 Masked Dragon, all of which become 1900 with the seal (and al are floaters) running two Creature Swap. other highlights of the deck are 2 malefic stardust, 3 koaki meiru drago and two Magna Drago's for if/when the seal is not available to synch some options.
a pretty boss play includes swapping a floater, killing it with something else, then bring out magna and tune for something huge (Trident Dragion, thought ruler, stardust, whatever you like)
I'll post my deck build later when dn starts cooporating a little better. looking forward to having a nice guide here
EDIT* well, heres the decklist I'm using:
Monsters:
x3 Masked Dragon
x3 UFO Turtle
x2 Dodger Dragon
x1 Exploder Dragon
x3 koaki meiru drago
x2 Melfic Stardust Dragon
x2 Magna Drago
Spells:
x2 the Seal Of Orichalcos
x2 Terraforming
x1 Dark Hole
x1 Book of Moon
x1 Monster Reborn
x2 Pot of Duality
x3 Mystical Space Typhoon
Traps:
x1 Solemn Judgment
x2 Solemn Warning
x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
x3 D prison
x2 Compulsory Evacuation Device
x2 Fiendish Chains
Extra:
x2 Stardust Dragon
x1 Catastor
x1 gem knight Pearl
x1 Armory Arm
x1 Black Rose Dragon
x1 Exploder Dragon wing
x1 Magical Android
x1 Iron Chain Dragon
x1 Mist Wurm
x1 Red Dragon Archfiend
x1 Scrap Dragon
x1 Thought Ruler Archfiend
x1 Trident Dragion
so there you go. dragon stun with some orichalcos magic
