Default Question filing a claim from Amazon?

So here's the important info from the "Buyer e-mailed seller" message that I sent to XeroTCG:

Delivery Purchase Date: September 17, 2012 Shipping Service Level: Std Cont US Street Addr The problem involves 2 item(s). Item 1 --------------- Order-Item-ID: 09651988852226 Product Name: Yu-Gi-Oh! - Blade Armor Ninja # 41 - Order of Chaos - 1st Edition - Super Rare SKU: B00728ZCJW Quantity: 2 Quantity with Problem: 1 Gift Wrapped: No Item Price: $29.68 Item 2 --------------- Order-Item-ID: 47235532895946 Product Name: Yu-Gi-Oh! - Super Polymerization (PTDN-EN046) - Phantom Darkness - Unlimited Edition - Rare SKU: B0062DVYLI Quantity: 2 Quantity with Problem: 2 Gift Wrapped: No Item Price: $16.60

I noticed that both of them said "Gift Wrapped", does that mean that they haven't been shipped yet or what?
