There's a magic card that also starts the discarding to fill the grave.
Seems ok.

How does it run without the Shooting Quasar Dragon?

First of all. The deck is Balanced right now, its going to be broken once they release transmission field.

It plays as one would expect without Quasar. I simply go into Halberd Cannon, and negate summons, which is usually enough to keep some field control. or go into Red Nova Dragon.

So it is possible to play Lavals without Quasar.I've been looking into making a Laval deck and everyone been saying that you need Quasar. But deck looks really good.

Quasar is just stupidly powerful. The deck is still very playable, even if you just want to syncro spam using Rekindling.

I have a question. Why don't you play Scapegoat over Searing Fire Wall?? I understand that you can remove a few Laval's then bring them back with Return and Connon.

Because sometimes you want laval monsters removed from play. and if you want to make a big play with Rekindling then you want to be selective about the number of tokens you make, Searing Fire Wall lets you make Just enough tokens.
