Calculator has a continuous effect, so I was wondering if after switching, its 0 attack and defense now become X/X, with the DEF X at a set value when Inverse Universe was applied.

well, you can found the answer by looking at Inverse Universe card ruling itself

After "Inverse Universe" resolves, monsters whose ATK and DEF are calculated or modified because of their own individual effects have their ATK and DEF "frozen" at the switched values.
Examples:
The ATK and DEF of "Tragoedia" will not change even if the number of cards in your hand changes.

I think its atk increases after it was switched still and def will be the same. continues. but im not positive!

All Continuous alterations will come to a halt(won't modify itself due to itself's effect) after having been changed by "Inverse Universe".
