Actually, you could make a format like this into a serious format by making one gameplay change - making starting LP 16000 or even 24000.

With 16000 LP, no matter how hard you derp all over someone, it is extremely difficult to put 16k on the board, and leaves you open to a counter attack.

Well, technically that is the fastest type of format possible, so I was just acting in the spirit of the thread.

this list would completely seperate money players and non-money players. it would be competitive or don't even try to pick up a deck as the OTK/ FTK would be up to 3 turns and a dice roll.

TBH I'm not feeling what this has become. I thought we were going from the meta's current 75MPH to something around 85MPH but now we're at about 157MPH.
