I have mixed feelings about villains returning... Sure, it'd be fun, but realistically, how would they return without a huge amount of questions? I think a better approach would be episodes explaining their origins. For example, there could be an episode set in the time where Discord was ruler of Equestria, with the episode focusing on Celestia and Luna working together to defeat him.

That idea sounds pretty good and if I am honest, I would not be surprised if such an episode appeared in the next season.

The way I see it, Chrysalis is almost a given. She was defeated, but not taken out of action with the same note of finality as Discord and Nightmare Moon. She is out there, seeking revenge against those that defeated her. As for Discord, an appearance in the Origin of the Princesses would be great.
I can see one of the CMC earning their Cutie Mark, because that would result in a sort of existential crisis for their group, as they face the question of what happens when one of them earns their cutie mark. Are they out of the group, losing the friends that they only made friends with because none of them had their cutie marks? Do they stay in the group until their friends have their cutie marks as well, even if it means doing things they know won't earn them their cutie marks? It is brilliant.
Another one I really want to see is the Pets on an adventure. Angel, Owloysious, Gummi, Opalescence, Winona, Tank and Peewee are all smart enough to get themselves into, and out of, trouble, so it would be worth it. to see.

I'm not sure how you could easily bring Chrysalis back though. I think another origins episode where we learn more about the Changelings would be easier and better. Perhaps it could even be set just before the events leading up to the royal wedding, so we get some more Shining Armour and Cadence, but that might be a bad idea.

I don't think any of the CMC's should get their cutie marks prior to the very last season, just because of the principle of it and the potential their antics cause for a fun adventure. If any of them got their marks, they wouldn't stop hanging out with them voluntarily. As seen in "The Cutie Pox", Applebloom is the only one actually hard-pressed by being a "blank flank".

I would love to see a pet episode too, if only so that Tank could return (da*** did he go). Would Peewee (Spike's Phoenix chick) be included? Would they give friendship reports to Philomeena, as Celestia's pet? :P
Angel would definitely be the leader of that group though.

I would say that bringing Chrysalis back is a simple matter (almost ridiculously so). Changelings can fly under their own power, so don't think for a second that they were killed by being thrown out of Canterlot. Fact is, they are probably lurking out there seeking vengeance, and since they can't get to Shining Armor or Cadence in Canterlot, they will probably turn their attention on those closest to them, who do not live in the city with the magic defense bubble. I.E. I can see changelings making a lot of trouble for Ponyville. If not Chrysalis herself, then changelings under her command. Sure, replacing Members of the Mane Six won't work (they know each other too well), but what about side ponies, like Zecora, Miss Cheerilee, Derpy, or the Mayor, or background ponies, like Lyra, Colgate, Carrot-top, or Doctor Whooves? Heck, what if changelings took the places of all six of the mane six, leaving the Cutie Mark Crusaders and other ponies to figure out that something was wrong and stop them?
As for the CMC earning their Cutie Marks, I can see where you are coming from, but I also think that the culmination of one of the CMC earning their Cutie Mark would be the decision that "Once a Crusader, always a Crusader". And they would stay on to help the others. It seems to me that having the CMC Stagger earning their Cutie Marks, as opposed to earning them all at once, would be the way to go. Much more conflict, both internal and external as the three of them try to cope with the changes that Earning, or not earning their cutie marks cause. Not to mention that once one of them Earns their cutie mark, the other two will be all over themselves trying to replicate what she did, with hilarious and potentially dangerous results.

I like this idea. Plenty of action for sure though I doubt the others know as much about Chrysalis and her changelings as the Mane 6.

Official Derpy would be amazing, but it would be so incredibly rare, that those who unfortunately would be unable to attend Comic con would have to pay through the nose should they want one.

I have a blind bag custom already, so it doesn't bother me incredibly. But I would probably want one.

It's like they're trying to make up for the screw up in "The Last Roundup" episode by giving fans the one pony they've wanted as a toy. Having her be one of the two events' exclusive ponies was already the last thing on my mind.
