Default Needle Ceiling

Needle Ceiling
Normal Trap
Activate only when there are 4 or more monsters on the field. Destroy all face-up monsters.

Most monsters played are face-up. Unlike TT, this one is chain-able and is reliant on the number of monsters on the field. Now a days, having 4+ monsters on the field at one time is common place.

Spring it after the opponent has summoned the last monster needed for an Xyz/Synchro play.
At least I give cards a fair shake down unlike a portion of rude copycat netdecking posters around here.
My created cards.
Test the Special Summoning Restriction rule.

I think it's fun to mess with.
Torrential is still better because you can clear the field regardless of how many they summon.

its really powerful in some decks, 2 months ago i tried to play a chain deck for the lolz using 3 needle ceilings.

it used verz thunderbird and wind up rabbit to ensure i can make long chains (and they basically dodge everything except for leviair, the opp usually does not use warning on them)

so activate Needle Ceiling, chain the rabbits/thunderbirds and only the opponent loses all his monsters and since youll still have them the following Needle Ceiling wont be dead when drawn...

card is kinda amazing but since itll usually only destroy 2 of the opps monsters, it either needs cards that can die without problem like Treeborn Frog or tokens, or cards that can dodge the effect like the 2 i mentioned above.

This card was good when you'd play against DDT/GBs/LS and you had something like a set Dyno/Kinetic Soldier. I've also used it with Elemental Hero Wildheart. Today, once I get 2 monsters, I overlay, there won't be many times you'll 'catch' me with 3 monsters sitting around waiting to be TTrib'd
